RIGID SECURITY
Cookie policy
Last updated: 5 October 2026
This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used by the Rigid Security website. It should be read alongside our privacy policy.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files saved by a website in your browser. Similar technologies, including local storage, can also store information on your device. They can support website functions, remember preferences or track activity.
What this website currently uses
The website uses local storage only to remember that you clicked “Accept cookies” on the cookie information bar. The entry is named rigid-cookie-notice-v1 and contains the value accepted. It stays in this browser until you clear your website data; it is not sent to us and contains no personal information. The website’s own code does not set cookies or use session storage. We have not added advertising, social media tracking or visitor analytics tools. The enquiry form keeps entries on the current page while you complete it and prepares an email in your email application; it does not save form entries in browser storage.
The website is hosted on Vercel. Hosting or security services may process connection information to deliver the website or protect it against abuse. Any essential cookies used by the hosting service would serve that function rather than advertising or visitor profiling.
External fonts and links
Fonts are requested from Google Fonts. This creates a connection from your browser to Google and involves technical request information, but the website does not use Google Analytics. See our privacy policy for more information.
External websites and your email provider have their own cookie and privacy practices when you open a link or send an email. This policy covers the Rigid Security website.
Cookie choices
The cookie information bar explains our current use of browser storage. Clicking “Accept cookies” dismisses the notice and saves your acknowledgement on this device. It does not enable advertising or analytics tracking. You can clear the stored acknowledgement in your browser’s website-data settings to show the notice again. If optional cookies or tracking technologies are introduced, we will update this policy and request consent before using them where required.
You can inspect, block or delete cookies through your browser’s privacy settings. Blocking essential cookies on other services can affect how those services work.
